The Hall is managed by a committee of Trustees some of whom are elected annually and some are nominated by a number of village organisations who regularly use the building.

The officers for 2018 are Bob Burrell (Chairman), Vallery Lee (Hon Secretary) and Anne Matis (Hon Treasurer). Bookings and day-to-day matters are looked after by our Hall Manager, Lindsay Walker.

If you feel that you could contribute to the running of the Hall please send us a message from the contact us page and the chairman will get back to you, we are always looking for new volunteers to bring fresh ideas to the table. In recent years the committee have played a vital role in developing the building, from adding new storage rooms, air conditioning and the most recent addition of solar panels.

The original village hall was opened in 1961 as the Kings Sutton Memorial Hall, but by the 1990s it was showing its age and plans were drawn up for a new hall. With the help of a Millennium Commission grant the new Millennium Memorial Hall was opened by Lord Heseltine CH, in 2001.
